Booking Deposit
•You are required to pay a deposit upon booking to reserve your appointment, which will be refunded for cancellations more than 48hrs before your appointment.
Cancellations
•If you cancel/ reschedule your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment start time, your deposit will not be refunded.
•If you cancel/ reschedule or do not attend your appointment within 12hrs of your appointment start time, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be invoiced for the full amount of the treatment.
•No future appointments will be offered until all cancellation/no-show charges are paid.
•If you need to cancel, please cancel via the online booking system as soon as possible
Lateness
•If you are running late, please contact me ASAP to let me know your expected arrival time.
•Depending on the length of time and service booked. I will either offer a shorter treatment (eg. No nail art/repairs), or your appointment
will be cancelled.
•If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a no show and charged at 100%.
Children & Guests
•Due to the size and layout of the studio, as well as the use of tools which can cause harm, children and guests can not be accommodated at Rachel Tedford Beauty.
Change of Mind
•I will not issue price adjustments for change of mind (in line with cancellation/no-show
timescales).
•If you attend your appointment and decide that you don't want the full treatment booked, you will be charged the full cost of the initially booked treatment.
•If you do change your mind, you must let me know with at least 48 hours notice and I can amend your appointment without charge.
Covid - 19
•If you have any symptoms of Covid-19, you must not come to your appointment.
•If you arrive and show symptoms of Covid-19, your appointment will be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation/no-show.
•If you aren't well, are showing any symptoms of Covid-19, have recently had a positive test or are awaiting the results of a test, you must contact me ASAP to rearrange your appointment.
•Please use hand sanitiser supplied upon arrival.
•Please ensure that I am ready for you before entering.
Refusal of service
•I reserve the right to refuse a booking or appointment for any reason such as: frequent
cancellations, lateness, failure to follow aftercare procedures, failure to comply with the policies listed in these documents.
Reminders
•You'll be sent an email confirmation as soon as your appointment is booked, then you'll be sent a text reminder to the mobile number on my system, 72 hours before your appointment start time.
•You have 24 hours to amend or cancel your appointment without charge.
